SMS Terms
These SMS Terms cover text messages sent by BoltForge Voice. They are part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Messages from BoltForge Voice
Program: BoltForge Voice customer messages.
What we send: sign-up links and setup-call details that you request, setup-call reminders, and account and billing notifications. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to them.
How you opt in: by asking our phone assistant to text you a link during a call (the assistant always asks for your permission first), or by checking the text-message consent box when you request early access or a setup call on our website. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies, usually no more than a few messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@boltforge.io.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Messages from businesses that use BoltForge Voice
Businesses use BoltForge Voice to send appointment confirmations, reminders, and replies to people who contacted them. Those messages are sent on behalf of that business, which is responsible for obtaining your consent. Reply STOP to that number to stop messages from that business, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
