Acceptable Use Policy
This policy keeps BoltForge Voice trustworthy for callers, carriers, and every business that relies on it. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may suspend any account that violates it, immediately and without notice.
Consent comes first
- Outbound calls and texts may only go to people who gave the consent the law requires. For marketing calls using an AI voice, that generally means prior express written consent.
- No purchased, rented, shared, scraped, or "lead list" contacts. Ever.
- Opt-outs (STOP, "don't call me", "take me off your list") must be honored right away. The service records them automatically and you may not override them.
- Outbound activity is limited to 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the recipient's local time, or narrower where state law requires.
Always disclosed
- Every call starts with a recording notice, and the agent identifies itself as a virtual assistant. These cannot be turned off.
- No spoofed caller ID, and no impersonating a person, another business, or a government agency.
Prohibited uses
- Illegal products or services, fraud, phishing, or deceptive offers
- Sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco or vaping, and cannabis or CBD content
- Payday loans, debt collection, debt relief, credit repair, high-risk financial offers, gambling, and sweepstakes
- Lead generation or affiliate marketing where contacts are sold or passed to other businesses
- Political campaign calls or texts
- Collecting Social Security numbers, full payment card numbers, bank credentials, or passwords by voice or text
- Harassing, threatening, or abusive communications
- Using the service as an emergency or 911 line
- Reselling the service or sharing numbers without our written agreement
- Attempting to bypass usage limits, consent records, opt-out handling, or disclosures
Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor complaint rates, opt-out rates, carrier feedback, and call patterns. We may pause campaigns, block numbers, require proof of consent, or suspend accounts to protect the service and our carrier standing. Report abuse to hello@boltforge.io.
